1:1 Recovery Coaching

YOU DON'T HAVE TO
DO THIS ALONE.

Recovery doesn't happen because someone gives you perfect reassurance. It happens because you learn how to respond differently to fear. If you're exhausted from Googling symptoms, checking your body, chasing certainty, or wondering if you'll ever feel normal again — let's work through it together.

Exclusively for people 18 and older.

My Philosophy

I'M NOT HERE TO CONVINCE
YOU YOU'RE OKAY.

My goal isn't to give you reassurance. My goal is to help you reach the place where you no longer need it.

Recovery begins when certainty stops being the goal.

Coaching focuses on understanding how anxiety actually works inside your brain and body, breaking the reassurance addiction cycle, learning to tolerate uncertainty rather than fight it, and reclaiming everyday life — not eliminating every uncomfortable sensation.

This isn't about "thinking positive" or "calming down." It's about rewiring the relationship between your brain and your body so that symptoms lose their power — and you get your life back.

MEET THE FOUNDER

YOU DON'T NEED ANOTHER EXPERT.
YOU NEED SOMEONE WHO'S BEEN THERE.

HI, I'M DANIEL. AND I USED TO BELIEVE I WAS DYING. EVERY DAY.

I know what it's like to believe every symptom is the one that finally proves something is seriously wrong.

I know what it's like to spend hours Googling, checking your body, asking for reassurance, rushing to the emergency room, and feeling trapped inside your own mind.

For years, health anxiety controlled my life. Recovery didn't happen because someone convinced me I was okay. It happened when I learned how anxiety actually works, stopped chasing certainty, and retrained my brain to respond differently.

That changed everything.

I built Panic Proof to become the recovery system I desperately needed when I was in the middle of that fight.

Every lesson, every exercise, every journal prompt, every conversation, every challenge, and every piece of this platform exists for one reason: To help you stop surviving health anxiety... and start living again.

Peace is Possible. I'm living proof.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions.

Will you tell me if I have a medical condition?

No. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or medical assessment of any kind. I am not a doctor and am not qualified to tell you whether your symptoms are medically significant. If you are concerned about a medical condition, please consult your physician. Coaching focuses on how you relate to fear and uncertainty — not on ruling out disease.

Can coaching replace therapy?

No. Coaching complements therapy but does not replace it. If you are currently in therapy, coaching can support your work between sessions. If you are not in therapy, coaching can provide recovery-focused guidance, but it is not a substitute for mental health treatment when that level of care is needed.

Can coaching help if I've had anxiety for years?

Yes. Many people I work with have struggled for 5, 10, or 20+ years. The length of time you've been anxious does not determine how quickly you can recover — what matters is learning a different response to fear. Recovery is possible at any stage.

What if I've already seen dozens of doctors?

That is incredibly common among people with health anxiety. The fact that multiple doctors have cleared you but the fear persists tells us something important: the issue isn't a missed diagnosis — it's a sensitized nervous system that interprets normal sensations as danger. Coaching helps address that directly.

Can I book more than one session?

Absolutely. Many people find that regular sessions — weekly or biweekly — provide the accountability and guidance that makes recovery feel manageable. You can book single sessions or recurring sessions based on what works for you.

What if I'm terrified right now?

That's okay. You don't need to be calm to start coaching. In fact, many people begin when they are in the middle of intense fear. Coaching meets you where you are — not where you think you should be.

Do you offer refunds?

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Refunds are not available for completed sessions. If you need to cancel, please reach out before your session time and we will find a solution.

PEACE ISN'T AS FAR
AWAY AS IT FEELS.

You don't have to figure this out by yourself. If you're ready to stop chasing certainty and start building confidence, I'd be honored to help you take that next step.
