TERMS OF SERVICE.

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Panic Proof provides educational content, recovery tools, AI companionship, coaching, mentorship, and community features designed to help individuals understand and recover from health anxiety and related conditions.

The Platform is an educational resource, not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please see our Medical Disclaimer for full details.

Membership fees: Panic Proof membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Platform until that date. No partial refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations unless required by law.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Your continued membership after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

Coaching and mentorship: Coaching sessions and mentorship programs are separate from the membership and are billed as described at the time of purchase. Refund policies for coaching and mentorship are provided at the point of sale.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the Platform through your account. Each membership is for individual use unless otherwise specified.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members of the community
• Share content that is false, misleading, or intended to cause harm
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal information
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Share content that violates the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct rules, at our sole discretion.

Our community exists to support recovery. When participating in community features:

• No reassurance-seeking. Do not ask other members to tell you that you're okay or that your symptoms aren't dangerous. This reinforces anxiety, it doesn't help it.
• No diagnosing others. Do not tell other members what condition they have or don't have.
• No medical advice. Do not advise others to start, stop, or change medications or treatments.
• Celebrate progress. Share wins, no matter how small. Recovery is built one step at a time.
• Be kind. Everyone here is struggling with something. Lead with compassion.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, videos, audio, graphics, logos, software, AI models, course materials, worksheets, and design elements — is the property of Panic Proof or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display Platform content without our prior written consent.

By posting content in the community, journal, or other areas of the Platform, you grant Panic Proof a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Panic Proof, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, anxiety, or any other psychological effects.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
